Matter details
Core identifying fields for the matter — pulled from your docket or entered manually.
Classes
Select the Nice classes needed. For each, optionally pre-fill dates of first use — anything left blank becomes a "Client to enter" field.
Documents requiring signature
Pick from the TM and Patent libraries, then assign a signer and routing method per document.
When to use these signature flows: Only use the in-app or email-routed signature here if (a) you are not filing electronically through Trademark Center / Patent Center, or (b) you specifically need a signed declaration on file (POA, Inventor Declaration under 37 CFR 1.63, Substitute Specimen Declaration under 37 CFR 2.59). If you are e-filing through Trademark Center, the attorney's S-signature on the filing itself satisfies
If you need a custom declaration signed: upload the declaration document itself in the Bulk upload section on the client's intake page so they can review and sign the same form you'll attach to the filing.
37 CFR 2.193 for things like the SOU verification, and you do not need a separate signature here — just upload the underlying declaration the client authorized.
If you need a custom declaration signed: upload the declaration document itself in the Bulk upload section on the client's intake page so they can review and sign the same form you'll attach to the filing.

Attorney of record — optional, controls snippet library
The attorney signing the filing. Goods/services snippets are saved per attorney so different attorneys' wording stays consistent across paralegals and matters. Some paralegals cover several attorneys — pick from your saved list.
